2. Legal Entity and Operations
GBN Wealths purchases gold bullion and 1-ounce medallions from its suppliers and beneficiation companies in South Africa or Mauritius. The company is regulated and certified for gold processing but does not process or purchase unwrought gold. All acquisitions are made through official channels with refineries or mints.

3. Ownership and User Agreements

• All digital assets purchased through the platform belong to GBN Wealths, not the user.

• GBN Wealths does not trade on behalf of any users. Users rely on gold price fluctuations to manage their portfolios.

• Safe storage is provided for GBN Wealths’ assets only; gold is not stored on behalf of users.

• A username and password are provided for users to manage their portfolios.

• As a peer-to-peer platform, GBN Wealths stores user information and digital assets on its servers and electronic devices for safe storage.
